Ukrainian affiliate of European R&D pharmaceutical group is looking for a Junior Product manager
Description of Position of Specialist/Junior Product Manager of Marketing department (ENT products, OTC products, different business projects)
Developing annual marketing plan for related brands and coordinate their successful implementation (sales, market share, evolution index). Managing of marketing department projects
Main job responsibilities:
1. STRATEGIC PLANNING
1.1. Analyze brands, markets and competitors.
1.2. Develop brands/markets strategy with specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with global strategy.
1.3. Perform Forecasting and Budgeting.
1.4. Monitoring data for feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment.
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
2.1. Translate strategies into implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members.
2.2. Manage interaction with sales (SM/DM).
2.3. Orchestrate/manage the process to ensure execution of marketing plan within cross-functional teams (sales and others).
2.4. Ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized/ optimized.
2.5. Maintain quality and work within ethical guidelines set by corporate/division/affiliate/market.
3.1. Monitor KPI’s.
3.2. Constantly assess effectiveness and ROI of tactical initiatives implementation.
3.3. Monitor competitors activity and strategy.
3.4. Proactively monitor key data for feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment.
4. EXTERNAL CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
4.1. Identify key stakeholders at each step of patient flow/product value chain.
4.2. Develop and implement plans to build relationship and influence them.
4.3. Identify and seize opportunities to align brand and customer goals.
5.1. Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.
5.2. Update sales strategies and communicate with sales team quarterly and on regional basis when necessary.
• Contributes directly to the department's revenue, by managing the product and marketing projects
• Reports to Group PM OTC/Rx
• Education: University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration and/or a Medical field
• Experience: Senior rep in pharma industry, marketing assistant, assistant in sales department
• Fluency in English, advanced Computer Skills
